Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that at least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or re-arrange your appointment otherwise a 50% charge will be made.

Cancer Policy

Due to our insurance policy and for your comfort and safety, we would require a doctors note for any past or present cancers.


We kindly ask that you do not bring children under the age of 16 into the salon unless booked in for a treatment.


In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your treatment please let us know immediately and we will endeavour to assist. If you are still not satisfied on your return home please email within 7 days of returning from your visit to allow the complaint to be investigated properly.


All new clients will be required to fill in a consultation card on their first visit. This information is completely confidential and is covered by the Data Protection Act.


All monies paid for courses are non-refundable, although balances may be transferred to other treatments.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available to purchase from our reception. Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date.  At the time of purchase it must be noted on the voucher if they are to be used against treatment or product purchases.  Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.  Please quote your gift voucher at the time of booking and hand to the receptionist at the start of your treatment. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.

Medical Information

Please make us aware of any relevant information at the time of booking as some treatments may be unsuitable or require adjusting.

Mobile Phones

In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.

On a monthly basis we send a newsletter containing the latest news and promotions available to our clients.  To ensure you do not miss out, please subscribe to our mailing list found on our homepage.


We accept the following payment methods cash, Visa, MasterCard and debit cards.

Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.


Within your first trimester only maintenance treatments are suitable.

Punctuality and Courtesy

To ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment we recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior, this will give you time to fill in your consultation form and relax. We understand circumstances can be beyond your control and cause you to run late but as a courtesy to the next client your appointment will be required to finish on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a cancellation. We will send you a reminder text 24 hours prior to your appointment so please provide us with your details when booking.


Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Salon.

Treatment Duration

All times quoted include consultation, preparation time, treatment and vacation of the room.

Changes may be made without prior notice. All treatments include VAT at the current rate.
